Benefits.
- Funding Support: Government of India provides 60-80% funding for eligible projects based on the project cost and location.
- The state Government also compliments them and in infrastructure development cases
- Infrastructure Development: Support for the development of common facilities such as effluent treatment plants, logistics centers, skill development centers, and testing labs.
- Green Manufacturing: Assistance for adopting green technologies and energy-efficient systems.
- Capacity Building: Strengthening MSEs through training, research, and incubation services.
Who qualifies.
- The project must involve a cluster of MSEs producing similar or complementary products/services.
- Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV): A Section 8 company or a registered society or co-operative society (for specific regions) must be formed to manage the project.
- Minimum 10 MSEs (for projects under Rs. 10 crore) or 20 MSEs (for projects over Rs. 10 crore) should be part of the SPV.
- The SPV must make an upfront contribution to the project, which varies depending on the total project cost.
- The project should meet certain technical, financial, and managerial criteria, ensuring the feasibility of the proposed CFC.
- Only Files from Tamil Nadu.
