Refund Policy

How refunds work for fees paid to Growthora for consulting and execution services.

At a Glance

  • Services already initiated or delivered are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are considered only for duplicate payments or our failure to deliver.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 15-45 working days.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session.

Scope

This policy applies to all Growthora services including business strategy consulting, market research, process optimisation, digital growth, and training.

Non-Refundable Services

Initiated or delivered work

Any service that has commenced - including business plans, reports, and consultations - is non-refundable once work has started.

Advance / booking fees

Fees paid to secure a service slot are non-refundable, except when Growthora fails to initiate the service within the agreed timeframe.

Eligible Refunds

A refund may be considered only in these circumstances:

  • Payment was duplicated or made in error
  • Growthora was unable to deliver the service due to internal limitations
  • A signed Agreement or Undertaking explicitly entitles you to a refund
All refund requests must be sent to hello@growthora.in with a clear explanation and proof of payment.

Refund Process

    Submit request

    Email hello@growthora.in with your company name, service details, and proof of payment.

    Review

    We assess the request and email you the refund terms - reason, amount, and conditions.

  3. 3

    Acknowledge

    You accept the refund terms via email reply.

  4. 4

    Bank details

    Provide your account number and IFSC code for the transfer.

  5. 5

    Transfer

    Refund is initiated within the timeframe below once all details are received.

Timeframe

Growthora is not liable for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or financial institutions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled session via email for a free reschedule.
  • Last-minute cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
  • If you cancel after work has begun, no refund is issued for time already spent.

Grievance Resolution

Dissatisfied with a service? Reach out - we try to resolve concerns amicably before any formal process.
